Tiffani Thiessen?s Diet Secrets Revealed
Tiffani Thiessen, aka Kelly Kapowski, looks just as adorable now as she did as a teen heartthrob on Saved by the Bell in the '90s. For more than a year and a half, Tiffani, 37, has been working with celebrity trainer and nutritionist Kathy Kaehler, who also helps stars like Julia Roberts. ?Tiffani has found that by cooking meals at home on a regular basis, she is consuming fewer calories, salt and fat,? Kathy tells In Touch. Tiffani, whose daughter, Harper, is now 19 months, uses recipes from Kathy?s Sunday Set-Up program (kathykaehler.net). A sample day includes everything from poached eggs and whole wheat toast to mixed greens with salmon for lunch and red bean and chicken chili for dinner.
